As a certified yoga instructor and member of the International Association of Yoga Therapists, I have found that yoga is a powerful tool in the pursuit of physical and psychological wellness. The health benefits of yoga have been acknowledged for centuries. The efficacy of yoga as part of an overall wellness program continues to be proved with contemporary research. One of the most beautiful and healing aspects of yoga is the way in which it allows us to focus on our possibilities--not on our limitations. Yoga facilitates positive thinking and peace of mind. While yoga is an excellent form of physical exercise, it is also a unique practice that provides the opportunity to discover and utilize inner capacities that foster equanimity, compassion, and peace.

Private traditional yoga instruction offers the opportunity to explore yoga in personalized sessions. Every person has a highly individual and unique expression of yoga that unfolds over time. Sessions tailored to your individual needs enable you to evolve more consciously and dynamically. Private instruction provides greater personal attention to your unique yoga postures, alignment, and breath. Somatic Yoga Therapy

In sessions tailored to your individual needs, you will learn to create inner power and tranquility as you breathe, stretch, and gain core strength.


Rates

Yoga instruction and yoga therapy session rates are available upon request. Individual rates begin at $95.00 per hour. Couple and group rates begin at $120.00 per hour.
